Learn to design, plan and build a web page on this interactive, six-week course. Develop your technological skills as you complete practical tasks and build your coding confidence. Get inspired by HTML and CSS syntax, learn how to build websites as you create a portfolio of work for assessment.

Who is this course for?

Ideal for those looking to add to their digital skills, this course will broaden your knowledge and give you the practical skills attractive to employers both within, and outside, digital industries.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, but you will need an interest in and a basic level of digital skills.

Benefits and skills

You will develop your knowledge and understanding of the core areas of digital as well as gaining an introduction to coding.

Available apprenticeships and progression options

Upon completion you can progress your knowledge and skills further by embarking on one of our Level 3 apprenticeships such as the ICT Apprenticeship or Digital Marketer Apprenticeship. If you are looking for another six-week course, you could consider our Skillup Digital Marketing, also at Level 3.

Assessment types

This is a practical, interactive course. Assessment will be via a portfolio of work including video evidence, Google Meet professional discussion and software driven evidence.
