Upskill Your Workforce With Functional Skills Qualifications
Free English and maths courses for adults
Level 1 and 2 Functional Skills courses available.
Our English and maths Functional Skills Level 1 and Level 2 courses are fully-funded for adults aged 19+, who do not already hold Level 2 English and maths qualifications. These courses typically run for 10 weeks and involve a blend of online learning, supported with face-to-face sessions.
The evening sessions are particularly helpful for learners who are unable to access the day course and usually run on Wednesdays 4-7pm. Free exam re-sits are included with exams taking place on-site once it is safe to do so. Courses work to strengthen English and maths skills while enhancing learners’ confidence. Built-in support can help learners identify progression opportunities including workplace opportunities or other relevant adult courses such as an apprenticeship.
