Course Information

Introduction

Develop your leadership skills, ready to supervise teams within the food and drink industry with this course. You’ll become confident in supporting and coaching others to deliver exceptional service. As part of the course you will undertake work experience in hotels, bars, and restaurants preparing you for further study or employment.

Who is this course for?

If you’re in year 11 or 12 and are looking to take the next steps towards your career these courses are for you. Our vast selection of vocational courses span a range of subjects and combine academic study with practical skills.     • Entry requirements

    Either a relevant food and beverage level 2 qualification or industry experience. You’ll also need to be determined, passionate, and driven, with a commitment to supervise others in exceptional food and drink service
