Introduction

Before studying this course, you will ideally have studied the Counselling Concepts programme as this course builds on the skills and ideas acquired in the level 2 course. This course is perfect for those seeking a career change or additional skills. You will deepen your understanding of communication, empathy, and listening. You will also compare counselling with other forms of helping activities. You’ll undertake experiential learning processes that include a high element of personal growth work.
