Course Information
Introduction
This programme will focus on making bread products in an industrial, in-store or craft bakery environment.
Overview
With this apprenticeship you will train to become a baker. Bakers work in one of the largest, most dynamic and fastest growing sectors of the food and drink industry. Every day bakers make and sell millions of loaves of bread and baked goods, such as cakes, pies, pastries and biscuits to customers. You will gain the core knowledge and skills to excel in this industry and take pride in the products you create.

Apprentice Baker
As an apprentice baker you will bake products for sampling and customer presentations. In addition, you will work safely with kitchen equipment and will finish and package products to deliver to customers. While working you will adhere to health and safety principles.
