We are committed to increasing their prospects, enabling them to follow their dreams – whether this be progressing onto academic, vocational or technical study programmes.

Overview
Exploring Future Pathways is designed for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), who have an education, health & care plan (EHCP). Our Exploring Future Pathway programme offers an innovative learning experience that enables students to gain English & Maths qualifications alongside exploring vocational subjects and preparing for employment. Students will complete Gateway vocational and employability courses equivalent to Entry Level 3 to support them with their next steps.
Students who complete this course will move onto either our vocational or workskills pathway or progress onto a mainstream college course.

Overview
Our Pre-Internship Programme is designed for young people aged 16 – 24 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), who have an education, health & care plan (EHCP). The pre-internship programme is for learners who may not have had any work experience or yet feel ready to begin a supported internship.
The aim of the programme is to build confidence, develop key employability skills, and gain work experience in different fields.
Learners will be supported by our job coaches during workplace visits, project-based learning, or English and Maths sessions.
Students will gain English and Maths qualifications alongside their study programme.
Students who complete this programme will progress onto a Supported Internship or paid employment.
