Found across organisations of all sizes, Team Leaders contribute to the smooth operation of all departments within a company. This Level 3 apprenticeship prepares individuals for leadership responsibility within a business setting.

Overview

Team Leaders can hold responsibility for a number of different functions within a business – from support and development of team members to managing projects, monitoring workloads and resources. Adept at building professional relationships, Team Leaders will communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
