People Professionals perform a wide variety of tasks, all of which contribute to the strategic aims of a business: from attracting, developing and retaining staff to managing employment relations, payroll and compliance. People Professionals keep up to date with industry trends, inform policy and play a key role in delivering people-focused initiatives that align with the goals specific to the business in which they work.
