Overview

Working in settings like residential homes, day centres, or private homes, Lead Practitioners in Adult Care support and guide care teams to make meaningful differences to the lives of vulnerable adults. From mentoring to assessing quality of care, they provide person-centred, high quality care. Core values required include care, compassion, courage, communication, competence, and commitment. This role also includes Lead Personal Assistants who work to support an individual adult.
