Introduction
If you have a strong interest in law, wish to return to education and progress to university, this course is for you. Access courses are recognised by many universities as an alternative to A levels. Please check the individual requirements of your chosen course for confirmation.
With this course you will strengthen your academic writing skills and exam techniques while studying advanced law topics. You will explore consumer, employment, negligence, homicide, and family law. You’ll also study the court system and legal personnel.

Designed for adult learners, our Access to HE qualifications bridge the gap between GCSEs and higher education and are recognised by many universities in the UK. We also have a selection of Access foundation programmes that prepare you for our Access to HE courses. Didn’t get your GCSEs or need them to be higher? Our Access Foundation GCSE programme will support you with achieving passes in five GCSEs.
