Introduction
This qualification provides the required skills and knowledge for working in the hospitality and catering industry. It is designed to meet the needs of learners who work or wish to work in the industry, with a focus on serving food and beverages.
Overview
Go above and beyond for your customers with this catering and hospitality programme. The course will teach you the skills required to pursue a front of house career in the food and drink industry. We will prepare you for your next steps through regular work experience opportunities in hotels, restaurants and bars – as well as working at major events.

Who is this course for?
This course is ideal for 16 and 17 year olds looking to take their next steps towards a career in food and beverage. It combines academic study with practical skills and learners will study in industry-standard facilities, while taking advantage of industry links to prepare for progression.

Entry requirements
Applicants will ideally hold a minimum of two GCSEs at grade 3 or above. They will also need to show determination, passion and a drive to work in food and drink, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
