Overview
Data Technicians work across all sectors where data is generated or processed – this could be, but is not limited to, finance, retail, education, health, media, and hospitality. Usually working as part of a team, the role involves gathering, formatting, and presenting data for analysis. Working with stakeholders, the data technician would work under supervision from a senior colleague or colleagues, depending on the size of the organisation. The apprenticeship covers the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed in this role.
