Overview

This apprenticeship is made up of core information and an additional option that is chosen, based on the specialism of the employer. Apprentices will choose either retail/instore butchery or butchery in a processing or manufacturing plant.

The employer will agree entry requirements for these apprenticeships and these will depend on the role that they are advertising.
