This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career, eager to dive into the world of digital marketing and content creation. As a Digital Marketing Content Creator Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in helping us bring our marketing strategies to life through engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn industry tools and techniques, and develop a strong understanding of content-driven marketing. This role will be perfect for someone who is creative, confident, proactive, and passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital engagement.

Overview

  • Assist in creating compelling content for our website, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Help develop and manage content calendars aligned with our marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Capture, edit and produce photo, video, and graphic content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Support the Marketing team in optimising content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, case studies, and success stories.
  • Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to inspire creative approaches.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Engage with our social media communities and help grow our online presence.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on content performance.

Desired Qualifications

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
  • No prior marketing experience required – just a willingness to learn and get stuck in!
  • Applicants must be eligible for apprenticeship funding.

Personal Qualities

  • A keen interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Any experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, or social media schedulers is a bonus – but not essential.
  • Organised, reliable, and good attention to detail.
  • Right to work in the UK.
