The Apprentice Engineer role at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals is a Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Technician (Dual Discipline) apprenticeship that combines practical workplace experience with college-based learning. The role involves supporting the maintenance, reliability, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and site facilities within a pharmaceutical environment. Training to be Delivered
The apprenticeship includes studying the Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Technician (Dual Discipline) qualification through Luminate Education Group. Training will take place at Printworks Campus in Leeds, with attendance required one day per week. Throughout the programme, apprentices will develop skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance, fault finding, equipment testing, health and safety procedures, engineering documentation, problem-solving, and the use of industry-standard tools and technologies. The training combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience to build the knowledge and competencies required for a career in engineering maintenance.
