Overview
– Assist in generating invoices and updating stock using accounting software (e.g. Sage)
– Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp orders
– File, organise, and maintain digital records
– Support order processing and logistics tracking
– Learn and support use of business software tools
– General administrative duties as required
