Overview
This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience while studying towards a Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician qualification. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, developing technical, engineering, and manufacturing skills through a mix of on-the-job learning and structured training.
Areas covered may include product design, manufacturing processes, production planning, technical documentation, quality systems, and continuous improvement activities. You’ll support a range of engineering projects while building knowledge of industry tools, technologies, and best practices.
Successful completion could lead to further opportunities within engineering, manufacturing, product development, or related technical roles.

- SolidWorks CAD design
- Product design and engineering development
- Manufacturing engineering
- CAM and CNC technology
- Lighting design software

- Lean manufacturing techniques
- Assembly line optimisation
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Engineering documentation and quality systems
