Training to be Delivered
The training for this apprenticeship includes a Level 2 Food and Beverage Team Member course delivered by Luminate Education Group. Course content typically covers areas such as basic food preparation, serving food and drinks, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, customer service skills, and working effectively as part of a hospitality team. You will also learn about creating a positive customer experience, keeping work areas clean and safe, and understanding health and safety procedures in a catering environment.
