They provide strategic, inclusive leadership, setting and managing objectives aligned with overall organisational goals. Senior Leaders influence culture, governance, and vision, often interacting with internal teams, boards, and external stakeholders. They lead resource management, innovation adoption, and sustainable business practices, while adapting to change and managing crises. Their role involves promoting ethical, supportive cultures to achieve results, acting as ambassadors for their organisations, and contributing to long- term growth and risk management. Flexibility and strategic influence are key in their daily responsibilities.
