Who is this course for?

16-19 young people who do not have English as their first language. Are you new to the country? Have you been in school in England and need to improve your English and Maths? Our Study Programme course is for you.

Benefits / Skills

Our courses offer ESOL, Maths, General Studies and Tutorial. You will get nationally recognised qualifications in ESOL and Maths. If you are ready for higher levels, you will study GCSE English and Maths. You will also develop your digital skills.

All students experience career taster days, complete work experience or take part in a social action project.

Our excellent support team ensures each student has a great experience at college. Enjoy a fantastic enrichment programme including residential, national park and cinema trips, museum and theme park visits, sport, environmental projects, clubs, workshops and more.

The ESOL department is assessed as outstanding. 98% of our students continue their studies with us.

Career Progression

92% of students progress on to Leeds City College Further Education courses. You can also continue to study with us on a part-time course for 19-23 year olds.
