What you will do in your working day
- Undertake and complete product testing on current products (pre/post roll pack testing, Larson testing, Compression testing, etc).
- Test and determine the outcome of quarantined wire buckets.
- Test and determine the outcome of quarantined external and internal spring sheets.
- Monitor current production on machines to ensure products are running to specification.
- Assist with annual quality audits.

As well as their innovative coil technology, the company also supplies wire, natural nonwovens and mattress fabrics which are all manufactured in their facilities in Leeds and Scunthorpe.
Training to be Delivered
- You will work towards the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.
- Your Apprenticeship training will take place at Printworks Campus.
- Delivery model for this Apprentices is one day per week in college.
