Private children's day nursery operating from 8am to 6pm. We look after children from 6 months to 12 years of age. We offer 15 hours funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. Meeting children's needs through their interests and teaching children to celebrate cultural differences is one of our main focus.

Overview

  • To give support to staff within the setting.
  • To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
  • To effectively deliver the eyfs ensuring that the individual’s needs and interests of children in the setting are met.
  • To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day to day caring.
  • To ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
  • To be flexible within working practices of the sitting, such as domestic tasks.

Training to be Delivered

  • On completion of the apprenticeship, you will be a qualified level 3 Early Years Educator.
  • The training is within the nursery. With one day a week in a college setting.
