Introduction

This qualification will be of particular benefit to those learners who:

  • Want to work in a new area
  • Are returning, or planning to return, to work and are seeking to update and/or add to their employment.
    • Overview

      The qualification consists of a range of core units to provide opportunities for learners to develop skills in employability, learning to learn and personal development.

      Who is this course for?

      Adults who are 19+ who are either unemployed or on an income under £23,400.

      To complete a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship or gain employment

      Entry requirements

      No prior qualifications are required but it would be desirable to have a Level 1 qualification.

      Available Apprenticeships and Progression options

      To complete a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship. Employment in Business Admin or Customer Service or Retail.

      Assessment types

      This qualification will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence.
