What qualifications will I achieve?
While on the programme, you will have the opportunity to develop a portfolio of your work placement and experiences. This will be evidence of what you have learnt and the skills you have developed, enabling you to show future employers what you have done during your traineeship. The experience and skill development are likely to be the most valuable part of your traineeship, and can play a key part in your successful progression onto an apprenticeship or into employment.
Pearson Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service
You will study two units; Customer Service Principles, and Understanding Customer Service Delivery. You will cover the key principles, concepts and practices, developing your knowledge of what is required to deliver consistent and reliable customer service.
Customer Service is likely to play a part in your future job roles as you will be required to interact with external customers and internally with colleagues.
