Fabrice Teston

Programme Manager

Chocolate maker, croissant lover, macaron artist.

I have extensive experience in food and drink – I studied a patisserie degree, worked as a pastry chef in France’s Loire Valley, took on roles in a patisserie bakery and conference centre, and even joined a Michelin-star restaurant. After working as Head Pastry Chef in a Leeds restaurant for 10 years, I moved into education in 2008. I’m now a programme manager within the Food and Drink department.

I look after all aspects of catering from chefs to bakers. Myself, a colleague, and one of our students even participated and reached the quarter-final of Bake Off: Crème de la Crème in 2017! I have a passion for all food-related subjects, as well as teaching, and I’m keen to transfer my skills to our students to ensure they’re work-ready by the end of their course.
