Hey there - are you excited about learning administration skills whilst building knowledge of safeguarding. You’ll help deliver key aspects of our service, including supporting committee and team meetings.


What you’ll be doing:

  • By joining out wonderful Safeguarding and Outreach Team, you’ll help deliver key aspects of our service, including supporting committee and team meetings, building partner networks and producing case studies and supporting with safeguarding
  • You’ll help us ensure safeguarding procedures, policy and practice is exemplary within Yorkshire Housing
  • You’ll produce various reports, monitoring the inbox, putting together comms and updating the safeguarding web page
  • Carry out weekly auditing of Safeguarding cases
  • Using your new skills, you’ll arrange case panel and take notes to follow up any agreed actions. Reporting is important in a role like this so you’ll be able to use your reporting skills to keep the team up to date, whilst supporting with the delivery of safeguarding training

You’ll work and learn from your peers, who will train you in key areas of Safeguarding and best practice, and they’ll be to guide your personal and technical development throughout.

This is an Agile Homeworking role= working where work, works for you. This could be in one of our workspaces with the team, on site, or in the comfort of your own home! You will be provided with all the required equipment so you can work from home. Most face to face meetings will take place at our Headquarters in the centre of Leeds, LS10 1FB.

Training to be Delivered

We’ll invest in you, our expert team will there to support you through growing your technical and personal skills, all while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
