Overview

• Achieve positive working relations by communicating between departments using multiple forms of communication
• Provide administration to the marketing and recall department, such as scanning, filing, data input and maintaining records
• Support the retail marketing manager in all day to day marketing tasks such as ordering print, organising events and preparing campaign packs
• Supporting the team by learning new marketing skills and customer service knowledge daily
• Ensuring that the policies of the company are observed, and that good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of health and safety, equal opportunities and confidentiality

Training to be Delivered

• The successful candidate will work towards completing a L3 Marketing Assistant apprenticeship
• This will be at Eastgate campus with training delivered on a monthly basis
• Training through research assignments, duty evidencing, professional discussion, shadowing opportunities, and mentoring/training in the workplace
