Supporting all areas of the business especially Sales and Finance. Working with our business system, Microsoft Office, Teams and other applications, answering the phone, doing anything that is required to help the team!


What will the apprentice be doing?

Every day will be different, but supporting Sales will include:

  • Checking on our web orders and dealing with problems
  • Looking after all email requests coming into the shared sales@ email box ensuring that customers get a quick, friendly, helpful response
  • Keeping our CRM system up to date
  • Helping keep our product database and our website data up-dated
  • Managing back-orders and keeping customers updated on due dates
  • Supporting Finance will include:
    • Checking and inputting supplier invoices
    • Other sales ledger and purchase ledger admin

This is a real opportunity to learn all areas of a business which is buying, selling, stocking, shipping, servicing and supporting. The right person will be able to take on responsibility and grow their role.


What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will be working towards a Business and Administration Apprenticeship Level 3
  • This will be fully work based and the assessor will visit you in the workplace.
  • You will be provided with 6 hours paid off the job training time to complete your apprenticeship, each week.
  • Functional Skills English and Maths if required.


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship would lead to you being a Business Administrator within the business and could lead to roles within our sales and finance teams.
