We have a new opportunity for a Lettings negotiator/ Business Apprentice to join the organisation, this is an excellent chance for a new entrant to join a busy team and receive some excellent training that will prepare you for your future career in Administration or pursue a career in Lettings


  • Undertake daily administrative tasks including answering the phone, taking card payments and completing tenancy contracts
  • Respond via email to enquiries- this includes booking in viewings, recording maintenance issues and logging keys on the veco system
  • Update and maintain the company database and websites with new rents, available dates and photographs when necessary
  • Bring up to date window displays, property leaflets and booklets when properties are let throughout the year
  • Compose and post online content to the website and social media accounts
  • Communicate directly with customers and complete viewings of properties when scheduled in

Applicant needs to have full driving license and car to apply for this role (for property viewings).

Training to be Delivered

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

This programme allows students to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours through the practical period at college as well as in the workplace doing on the job training. The role overview of a lettings negotiator/ Business Administrator Apprentice would be supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with external clients.

Duration & start date:

This is a full-time 18-month apprenticeship (15 months for the practical period which includes the day release at college and 3 months for the end point assessment). Potential career progression opportunities are available upon completion.
