Leeds City College is proud to have raised over £2,000 for Children in Need last week, following a variety of fun and exciting activities that took part across the campuses and community sites throughout the week.

Among the highlights, was a PlayStation4 challenge, where students had to donate if they lost the game, pie a teacher for £1, an open mic stand and a fancy dress sponsored walk.

Staff and students dressed in their pyjamas and onesies on Friday and got involved in raffles, glitter face paints and cake sales. Even Jeffrey the pet therapy dog joined in and had plenty of selfies taken with students.

The event fostered a collaborative community environment among staff and students, resulting in vital funds for a worthy charity.
