This course aims to provide the knowledge needed to understand discipline in the workplace including tribunals, grievances and disciplinary procedures, and monitoring discipline in the workplace. It is particularly useful for managers and team leaders. You will explore organisational policies and discipline monitoring techniques.

Induction of New Staff – £20
This course is ideal for anyone who currently works as a line manager or who is aspiring to become a line manager. You will gain the knowledge needed to understand the necessity of an induction process for new staff. You will also study the induction process as a whole and the effectiveness of it.

By the end of this course, you will have developed your understanding of the need for and benefits of an induction process. Leading and Motivating a Team – £20
This course is aimed at anyone who is currently leading a team or aspiring to become a manager. This course is aimed at anyone working within a team environment and is particularly useful for managers who would like to learn how to confidently diffuse conflict. Understanding Leadership – £20
If you are a team or departmental leader, this course will allow you further strengthen the skills required to lead successfully. You will explore different leadership styles, developing an effective leadership style that allows you to drive success within your team. Solving Problems and Making Decisions – £20
A key responsibility of line managers is to make decisions and problem-solve on behalf of team members, therefore this training is aimed at any senior working professional with line-management responsibilities. You will acquire planning techniques while learning how to investigate and analyse problems, using data to evaluate options.
