Understanding Behaviour That Challenges NCFE CACHE Certificate Level 2
This qualification will increase your awareness and understanding of
challenging behaviour and its effects. By completing this qualification, you
will develop in-depth knowledge of challenging behaviour which may support your
progression to other qualifications and relevant employment in the health and
social care sector. Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available for
other adults but charges may apply.
Course Information
You will learn how to support positive behaviour, understand the importance of effective communication, manage challenging behaviour and explore the role of reflection. This course is suitable for adults aged 19 or over with an interest in healthcare, childcare or education roles.
Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.
