Understanding Autism NCFE Certificate | Level 2
Would you like to better understand how to support individuals with autism?
This detailed course will develop your understanding of autism and the
principles of supporting those with the condition. This course covers the
person-centred approach, influence of positive communication methods, supporting
positive behaviour and helping those with autism to live healthy and fulfilled
lives. Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available for
other adults but charges may apply.
Course Information
This course is suitable for adults aged 19+ who may wish to learn more about autism for a range of roles in healthcare, childcare and education. There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however, you will need basic IT skills to be able to complete the online assessments.
Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.
