Develop your knowledge of the vibrant travel and tourism industry and identify your specialism, whether that is working as a cabin crew member, in travel and tourism services, or as a resort representative. You will focus on strengthening your customer service skills and will benefit from industry visits, guest speakers, and a one week work placement.

Entry Requirements

A minimum of one GCSE at grade 4 preferable in English. A standard of literacy and numeracy supported by education equivalent to at least two GCSEs at grade 3 and one at grade 4, or a relevant level 1 qualification.

Career Progression

Progression may include a relevant level 3 qualification, the European Work placement programme which leads to a season working overseas as a campsite courier/rep, or relevant employment.
