This Level 2 course will develop your skills in word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel and presentation (PowerPoint) software - as well as increasing your productivity using IT. The word processing and presentations modules will be facilitated through the completion of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) qualifications, giving you industry-recognised awards in addition to your full certificate.

Course Information

TLM Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills & MOS is a great way to learn word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software - all vital skills for most workplaces, no matter your job applications. Both the IT User and Microsoft Office Specialist qualifications are also industry-recognised.

This course is for adults (19+) who have an interest in learning how to use word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. This could be for personal reasons or to increase their employability skills.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, but you are expected to complete an initial assessment to ascertain which course level is suitable for you. It is recommended you complete the Level 1 ECDL Essentials course before progressing to the Level 2 certificate - depending on your current skills, experience and knowledge. You will also need access to a PC or laptop.
