Tai Chi Introduction
Tai Chi is a Chinese slow moving and relaxing activity and is suitable for people of all ages. You can learn at your own pace and those who have done Tai Chi before are also welcome. This course runs on Tuesday evenings at 6.30-8.30pm at Rothwell Centre. You will be assessed by your tutor and given feedback throughout this course. Progression may include part two and three of Tai Chi. Please note this course is not suitable for wheelchair users as standing balance is required.
