Principles of Working with Individuals with Learning Disabilities NCFE Certificate Level 2
This qualification will give you an understanding of how to work with
individuals who have learning difficulties or disabilities. You will explore the
principles of safeguarding, gain awareness of the autism spectrum and understand
principles of positive risk-taking for individuals with disabilities. Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available
for other adults but charges may apply.
Course Information
There are no formal entry requirements, however, you will need to have an interest in healthcare and basic English and digital skills. This course is suitable for learners with no formal qualifications who wish to gain a healthcare-related qualification.
Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.
