Overview
VTCT Personal and Social Development
(PSD) qualifications will improve your personal and social skills, and build confidence and self-esteem to prepare you for the world of work. Units cover a range of topics including developing own skills and setting goals, healthy living, budgeting community action and preparing for work.
Who is this course for?
These qualifications contribute to the Foundation Learning Tier and are designed to prepare and progress learners onto other VTCT vocational qualifications.

Assessment types
VTCT qualifications are assessed and verified by centre staff. Work will be set to improve your practical skills, knowledge and understanding. For practical elements, you will be observed by your assessor. All your work must be collected in a portfolio of evidence and cross- referenced to requirements listed in this record of assessment but book.
