Patisserie and Confectionery General Certificate | Level 3
This course will develop your advanced patisserie and confectionery techniques across chocolate, dough, pastries, sponges, hot and cold desserts and display pieces. This is a professional programme which allows students to work within the industry. You will be taught by a qualified and experienced pastry chef. Most of our students have gone on to work within the industry as a pastry chef or chef, or have been promoted within their current role, due to achieving this level of competence.
