This is a one-year NCFE vocational qualification which is equivalent to two GCSEs. The course consists of five mandatory and two optional units. The qualification is internally assessed through different methods including assignments, observations, professional discussions and case studies. All of the evidence collected will be brought together in a digital portfolio. The course is aimed for progression into suitable work or apprenticeships whilst allowing the opportunity to resit English and/or Maths.

This administration qualification has been carefully selected to provide you with an exciting real-world insight into the role of business administration. You will gain an understanding of various areas of business administration and will acquire high quality administrative skills. Administration areas covered during the course include document production, business communication, equality and diversity, and digital marketing. The course will cover all underpinning knowledge enabling you to work in a diverse range of administrative roles.
