Entry Requirements

3 GCSE’s grade 2 or above, or equivalent. Along with a desire to work in customer service roles, either already working in a customer service role or willingness to take part in voluntary work experience.

You will be able to progress to Customer Service Level 2, Enterprise Level 2, Marketing Level 2 andBusiness Management Level 2.
