Level 1 Certificate Beauty Skills

We’re pretty sure that you know some of what a Beauty Therapist does. Also known as Beauticians, they specialize in massages, manicures, nail art in a way that complements the features of a client such as skin complexion and tone in order to enhance their overall appearance.

There is so much more to being a Beauty Therapist than just performing manicures. The Job includes responsibilities beyond beauty treatments such as maintaining the cleanliness of the salon and equipment, looking after the inventory of beauty products, collecting payments and ensuring that the clients receive exemplary customer service in an orderly and timely manner.

This course is an Accredited Level 1 Qualification Course for Adult Learners. It will give anyone with limited experience or knowledge of the beauty industry and a clear insight into what you need to do to become a Beauty Therapist or Beautician. You will learn the skills required to work in this role and carry out treatments within a commercial salon environment.

This course also supports you in developing your self-esteem and includes career guidance and skills such as how to apply for jobs and do well in an interview.
