Improve your IT skills with our range of IT courses ranging from Entry Level 3 right through to Level 2. IT qualifications such as Using IT OCR Award Entry 3, IT ECDL Award Level 1 and IT ECDL Award Level 2 are available to study. You will explore the basics including Microsoft Word and email, before studying spreadsheet, database and presentation software.

Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available for other adults but charges may apply.

Course Information

These courses are fully online with tutor support and are suitable for anyone aged 19+. You will undertake an initial IT screening to assess your level and will then study a course suited to your ability and requirements. You will study at your own pace before taking a final exam to assess your knowledge and skills.

Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements, however, you will need to be able to read, follow instructions, email and use Microsoft Word.
