This programme will train you to become a HR consultant/partner. Individuals in this role use their human resources (HR) expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges and provide bespoke advice to mid-level or senior managers.
Course Information
With this apprenticeship, you could work within a general role covering all areas of human resources within an organisation. Alternatively, you may specialise in a specific HR function such as resourcing, organisation development or HR operations. You will develop a strong grasp of all HR disciplines as this is a requirement of the qualification attached to this apprenticeship. In larger organisations, you may also manage the HR team.

HR Consultant As a HR consultant you will advise management on the administration of HR policies and procedures. In addition, you will prepare and maintain reports relating to projects. You will also present training sessions and recommend solutions to current HR issues. HR Business Partner As a HR business partner you will provide strategic leadership to deliver on HR plans. In addition, you will build strong processes for recruitment and retention. You will also coach and mentor junior team members and HR line managers.
