HR Consultant/Partner Apprenticeship Level 5
This programme will train you to become a HR consultant/partner. Individuals in this role use their human resources (HR) expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges and provide bespoke advice to mid-level or senior managers.

In addition, you will prepare and maintain reports relating to projects. You will also present training sessions and recommend solutions to current HR issues. HR Business Partner As a HR business partner you will provide strategic leadership to deliver on HR plans. In addition, you will build strong processes for recruitment and retention. You will also coach and mentor junior team members and HR line managers. What do people enjoy most about being an apprentice?
The most enjoyable aspect for most of our apprentices is the work experience they gain while on the programme. For those used to theory-based lessons, they find it refreshing that the majority of the apprenticeship is practical training.
