This course is suitable for anyone who want to start a career in business and deliver great customer service. This course will provide you with different practical examples and scenarios to prepare you for working in business and customer service.

Course Information

This course will allow you to gather knowledge and practice your skills through various scenarios, role plays and practical activities which local employers are always looking for new staff to have. It is appropriate for you if you want to gain the basic knowledge and skills needed for a career in customer service.

Together with appropriate Maths and English qualifications, this programme offers the opportunity to progress on to Level 1 within the Business area.
