Inspire and invigorate clients with Fitness Instructing programme. You will learn how to plan, deliver, and evaluate safe and effective fitness sessions. You’ll gain knowledge of nutrition, anatomy, health, and performance. After completing this qualification, you can access the Register of Exercise Professionals at level two.
