European Computer Driving License (ECDL) Extra IT User Skills (ITQ) Level 2
ECDL Extra Level 2 develops your skills with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software and increases your productivity when using IT.
Course Information
ECDL is recognised by employers across the globe as the benchmark in digital and IT skills. This programme is a great way to learn word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, all of which are vital skills for most workplaces.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, but it is expected that you will complete an initial assessment to ascertain which level of course is suitable for you. You will also need access to a PC or laptop.
It is suggested that learners complete the ECDL Essentials Level 1 course before progressing on to this course.
Career Progression
Progression may include Access to HE Computing Level 3 to develop sector-specific skills in digital, IT and computer science.
The ECDL Extra programme provides you with the basic skills to operate in most jobs that require use of key software applications.
