This Level 1 qualification allows learners to develop their considerable skills to help others to overcome language barriers in everyday situations, such as accessing education, health services, housing, justice, and other public services.

These qualifications are aimed at learners who have an interest in learning about the role of an interpreter and working with different second language groups in the community.
