Childcare Level 2
This part-time programme provides you with the underpinning knowledge needed
to work in an early years setting. You will learn how to review your own skills
and create a positive environment while developing an understanding of how
children learn through play. This course is running online and is suitable for
anyone aged 19+ with an interest in childcare. Fee: Free for unemployed adults who are UK residents. It is available
for other adults but charges may apply.
Course Information
Please note, after the knowledge element of this programme, you will need to obtain voluntary work in an early years setting to complete the practical elements of study, your tutor will discuss options with you. You will need Level 1 English knowledge and no criminal record to be able to study this course.
Once you have applied, we will carry out a short skills assessment and signpost to other courses if this is not the appropriate course for your needs.
